Frosh, 2 Junior Varsity, Varsity, and Mater Dei Frosh), all head coach except for one, and 1 year at the college level (Santa Ana Junior College Mental Coach 08). He was the head coach for the 16u Saddleback Valley Devils for 4 out of 5 years (01-05), and then became the head coach for the OC Dawgs 16u and 15u teams (06-08), and head coach of the OC Black Sox 18u team in 2005. Finding time between teams, he has also worked Coach Tim O'Donoghue summer camp since the 1st camp in 1997 until present and a Mater Dei Fall Camp. He has also been giving private instruction for 7 years.

Over this period, his teams have posted an average .800 win percentage. Winning 13 tournaments, taking 2nd place 8 times, placing 3rd 12 times, two 2nd place State championships in two seasons (07-08) and a 3rd place finish in the 2005 USABF World Series with just the Tustin Titans program alone. With his older teams winning 3 tournaments, taking 2nd place 5 times and placing 3rd 4 times. The Saddleback Valley Devils placed 4th in the Junior Olympics (8th, 24th, 28th and 34th in other seasons) and took 3rd in the Mickey Mantle World Series in 2001 (a 2nd place and two 3rd place finishes in State in other seasons). With the OC Dawgs taking 3rd in state and finishing 28th, 38th and 59th in the Junior Olympics.  While working with all his teams, he has been fortunate to have 2 first round draft picks in the MLB Draft (Gerrit Cole 08 #28 Yankees and James Simmons 07 #26 A’s). Gerrit played 3 years (13-15 years old with Titans and Devils) and James for 2 years (15-16 years old with Devils). Another notable player is Aaron Lambrix at Cal State Long Beach (13-16 years old with Titans, Devils, and OC Dawgs).

While being involved in the baseball community, he has had the privilege to come in contact with some great baseball minds. Receiving baseball knowledge from Coach Vince Brown (former Tustin and Foothill HS head baseball coach), Coach Tim O’Donoghue (former Tustin HS head baseball coach), Coach John Elliott (owner of Quakes Baseball Academy) and Dr. Ken Ravizza (professional sports psychologist).

While attending Cal State Fullerton, Adrian and Will had the honor of studying under and working with Dr. Ken Ravizza. Through classes and side projects suggest by Ken, the Titans have come up with strategies and a system to better help players with the mental game. Our system is modeled after his teachings with our some of our own techniques and strategies.  These concepts that we present to our players help separate them from other players with equal talent.

Adrian is dedicated to providing quality coaching to all of his players. Not only is he looking to make his players better, but make himself better as a coach every season.  Throughout the years, he has developed a system for young players that mimics a high school / college season.  Keeping in mind that his players are still kids and not burning them out with too much baseball or abusing their performances.  As an organization we have not had a serious injury with any of our players, and provide exercises that help maintain performance, increase performance and durability, and help prevent injury.
